Senior Client Services Manager



Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Client Services Manager who will be responsible for prospecting, managing, and growing existing and new Lead Buyer accounts for Round Sky. Your job will be to manage and grow existing Lead Buyer accounts and bring on new lead buyer accounts via trade shows attendance (as COVID permits), actively posting on networking sites like Linkedin, finding potential clients from search engines like Google, networking via industry organizations, contacting our industry trade group members, etc.

Whether negotiating new lead acquisition strategies with existing Lead Buyers or prospecting for new Lead Buyers, your job will be to develop long term relationships with Lead Buyers and help them grow their business by acquiring leads from Round Sky.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new partnerships and lead buying opportunities.
  • 50% of your time will be spent on managing existing clients and the other 50% on prospecting for new clients.
  • Evaluating existing customer deals with an eye for additional opportunities to grow business.
  • You should be comfortable cold calling potential lead buyers and staying persistent throughout the process to close the deal.
  • Developing strong relationships with partners to continually grow business.
  • Attend to multiple clients' daily change requests, and facilitate projects with IT to streamline client onboarding and integration based changes.
  • As the COVID situation permits, travel 3-4 times per year to industry trade shows to meet with clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a 4 year university.
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Detail oriented, you get the details right.
  • A passion for sales and closing the deal.
  • Comfortable with the following applications: Word, Excel, G Suite apps (Gmail, Google Docs, etc.), Slack, Skype, Zoom
  • A self-starter who takes pride in their work and has the drive to succeed.

SEM Manager



Job Description:

We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge of PPC (Pay Per Click) Advertising. You will be responsible for keyword and ad creation along with the research and competitive analysis that comes with it.

We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of managing 6-7 figure monthly ad budgets with a positive ROI.

You should be someone who dreams in Keywords and Ads. Excel pivot tables bow down to your awesomeness when you do analytics to find profitable keywords.

Being a self starter is a must. You will not be micro managed. You will be given a direction and a budget and the world will be your oyster. You will blaze the path conquering your competitors.

You should have at least 5 years of experience with PPC. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, knows what they're doing, will watch the campaigns like a hawk, and will hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and harvest keyword lists, create ads, build negative keyword lists, create campaign grouping(s), create campaigns based on day parting, geo targeting, device segmentation, etc.
  • Build and manage campaigns with 20+ networks such as Bing, Adwords, Bidvertise, Advertise.com, Outbrain, Nativo, etc.
  • Take ownership of the initial strategy, account & campaign(s) set-up, daily maintenance and optimization, and provide detailed reporting, applying critical thinking and take actionable insight.
  • Responsible with balancing KPIs along with volume requirements and your hard work will be rewarded with commission based on performance.
  • Developing relationships with advertising networks to improve overall campaign performance.
  • Take ownership and be at the ready to explain questions pertaining to the status of the advertising campaign on each network
  • Source new partnerships and click buying opportunities. If someone is selling clicks you will waive a credit card in their face ready to buy (but only if it's profitable for you).

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of PPC experience
  • Knowledge of competition Analysis services like SEM Rush
  • A passion for beating your competitors.
  • Knowledge of Ad and keyword best practices
  • Knowledge of behavioral and contextual marketing.
  • Online Keyword planner and research tools
  • Knowledge of remarketing strategies
  • Knowledge of efficient keyword grouping, negative keywords, broad match vs exact match, etc.
  • Technical aspects of HTML, pixel placement, URL structures
