Director of Client Services



Job Description:

We are seeking an Director of Client Services who will be responsible for our Client Services department that focuses on managing lender clients and signing new lender clients. The focus will be on prospecting, managing, and growing existing and new lender clients for Round Sky. The target client will be an online loan lending company that is in the business of offering loans to consumers and who would be interested in growing their business by buying leads from Round Sky, leads are consumers who are looking for such loans online. Your job will be to manage and grow existing lender accounts and bring on new lender accounts via trade shows attendance, actively posting on networking sites like Linkedin, finding potential clients from search engines like Google, networking via industry organizations, contacting our industry trade group members, etc. You will manage the other Client Services Managers within the company, and own this department.

Whether negotiating new lead acquisition strategies with existing lender clients or prospecting for new accounts, your job will be to develop long term relationships with your accounts and help them grow their business by acquiring leads from Round Sky.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new partnerships and lead buying opportunities.
  • 40% of your time will be spent on managing existing clients, 50% on prospecting for new clients, 10% internal company management
  • Evaluating existing customer deals with an eye for additional opportunities to grow business.
  • You should be comfortable cold calling C-level executives at companies that are potential lead buyers and staying persistent throughout the process to close the deal.
  • Developing strong relationships with partners to continually grow business.
  • Travel 3-4 times per year to industry trade shows to meet with clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a 4 year university.
  • At least 7 years of online sales experience.
  • A passion for sales and closing the deal.
  • Excellent knowledge of Office suite tools: Excel, Outlook, Word.
  • A self-starter who takes pride in their work and has the drive to succeed.
  • Candidate needs to be skilled in talking on the phone, Skype, and email with clients.
  • Management experience is preferred.

Preferred experience:

  • Previous experience working at a lead generation company
  • Previous experience managing a client services team
  • Previous experience selling online media
