Job Description:

Round Sky Inc, a privately held company with, ranked as one of the top 500 fastest growing private businesses in America, two years in a row in 2011 and 2012, by INC magazine is looking to add a Account Executive to its staff.

We are an online marketing agency that generates and manages more than 20,000 real-time applications for payday loans, installment loans, and title loans every single day of the year. We are seeking a Account Executive who will, under the direction of the Director of Sales, grow revenue by establishing, negotiating and developing profitable business relationships with lead sellers -- agencies/companies/individual website owners that sell the leads they collect in real-time.

An individual in this position will be trained to identify and execute cost-effective, scalable deals for us to purchase leads from advertising agencies and website owners. With training and mentoring, this individual will negotiate pricing and acquire inventory on a pay per lead basis.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing new partnerships and lead buying opportunities.
You should be comfortable cold calling potential lead sellers and staying persistent throughout the process to close the deal.
Negotiating and managing profitable lead buys.
Developing strong relationships with partners to continually grow business.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from a 4 year university.
Sales Experience preferred but not necessary.
A passion for sales and closing the deal.
A self-starter who takes pride in their work and has the drive to succeed.
Candidate needs to be skilled in talking on the phone, AIM, and email with clients.

Software Engineer / Web Developer

Job Description:

Our Software Engineers and Web Developers develop, create, and extend the functionality of our in house web based control panel to talk with VOIP telephony APIs, ESP APIs, use jQuery to plug into MySQL, and use PHP/MySQL to create all sorts of Web Apps and tools.

We are looking for someone with several years of experience with PHP and MySQL.

The position:

Integrate 3rd party APIs into our system.
Extend our REST API functionality as used by our clients.
In MySQL, create tables, modify queries, create cron scripts, etc
Create new PHP/MySQL tools for new operations that want to accomplish. All of this will involve PHP with MySQL.
Write jQuery code to interact with PHP and MySQL to fetch, save, and sort data on the fly.
Work with the web designer to create beautiful tools that are easy to use and user friendly.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field from a 4 year University
4-6 years of professional experience with the LAMP stack, PHP/MySQL in particular.
Experience with MySQL. You should know when to use indexes, why use views, how to use joins, how to optimize queries, etc.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS/jQuery experience
Experience with AJAX (as used by jQuery).
Experience with cPanel or Plesk a plus.
Experience with Linux and command line, using SSH a plus.
Strong engineering and trouble shooting skills. A problem solver at heart.
Professional demeanor to deal with clients and vendors.
During the interview you will be asked to write PHP code with MySQL queries in person on a piece of paper. If you can't code without an IDE do not apply.

You will have to know how to communicate clearly and in a professional manner, because you will often work with IT staff from other companies, this will be crucial.

Strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and being a self-starter will be required. You will get to work on a lot of cool stuff and will often be the lead developer.
